Terms of Sale

To Purchase

We will present our new offerings at Noon EST every third Sunday. Please see our calendar (under “Shows”) for the schedule. Sometimes, because of our travel schedule or holidays we may have to skip a week.

While we would love to hear from you, please note that in order to buy a photo, you must purchase it through the site, even if you want to pay by check. If you want to pay by money transfer, please also use the check option. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards (via Stripe).

For now, international customers need to pay for the item first and we will send them a shipping quote after.

After the three weeks, unsold images will be available to purchase under “Inventory”.

We will do our best to update the site as quickly as possible if we sell images offline in the studio or at shows.


For your convenience, we will accept a check, money order, Venmo, or PayPal, or Credit Card. We will process and mail your order as soon as possible after receiving payment. If sending a check, payment must be received in five days or the image will be sold to the next interested buyer.



We prefer to send all cased images using Priority Mail with a certified receipt that requires a signature. We will waive the signature requirement if you make a purchase from us and tell us in an email that you would like the parcel sent Priority Mail with the normal delivery confirmation slip. Please be certain to include your correct shipping address, phone number and email address during the transaction.


We will gladly ship all images internationally. Please inquire for for a rate quote.

For paper photos and uncased tintypes, we can ship First Class Parcel if you so choose.


We make every effort to faithfully reproduce and describe each item. Upon receipt of the item, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the photo (in the original condition along with proper packaging and insurance) within three working days. We would appreciate an email first to know of your intentions. We will provide a full refund, minus the initial shipping cost.
