1855 HIDDEN MOTHER & BABY HOLDING CASE.

Just look at that raised eyebrow! Sometimes a little gesture says it all. The kid was totally unsure about this whole endeavor. That said, the resulting ninth plate image is entirely pleasing to the eye. IT is in good condition with some little tarnish spots on the kid here and there. The image has not yet been resealed, but we will include a reseal in the price of purchase if you so wish. As you can see, there is some dust under the glass. There is a name and date written in the bottom of the case, which has a worn spine.
