Just look at that vest! Man, the flowers, the very blue of it! Can you imaging him driving around town cracking that whip? This sixth plate dag has been resealed, but not by us so I like to think that some more of that dust on the plate (and glass) would come off with a new seal. He comes in a worn half case. Note the very edge of what is probably a reflector at the left. Very tight quarters. Was he in a wagon?
