The Momentous Question by Sarah Setchel

The original image is a watercolor from 1842, currently in the V&A’s collection in London. They note that the painting is based on George Crabbe’s 1819 poem “Tales of Hell.” The dag is in fine condition with some scattered dust, and held in a nice case that is likely original.  It has been previously resealed by an unknown, but we will include a proper resealing if desired.
