AN EAGER LADY. I like the juxtaposition of the lovely lass, sort of looking to the right, while her portrait cameo figure was in profile in the other direction. This splendid resealed oval ninth plate is held in a fine red plush velvet case. Pretty patina flows inside the brass protector. There are a few tarnish dots on the brilliantly polished silver.
