RIVER RUSHING IN WINTER.

Interestingly, Derby Line, VT does not have much of a river. However, the Riviere Tomifobia flows just over the border through the center of Stanstead, Quebec. Perhaps W.B. Alexander shot the image there? Or maybe just in the little bit in the US… The image is dated on the back, Nov. 31st [?], 1896. The image has some soiling and the lower corners have some wear.
