SANITARIUM SOAKING TUBS?

This is an unusual postcard pair that shows a sight I’ve never seen before. Various clients (patients?) soak in tubs, one at the far left reads a book on an easel. There is a man in a wheelchair just arriving in the one photo. The lighting is great and it looks like they may have put up the separation curtains for the shots. I think the images are French.
