OF COURSE HE WAS NOTABLE . . . And I have tried to remember if and where I might have encountered the chap?s face previously, but to no avail. He certainly was a remarkable sixth daguerreotype. The stunning gent was taken on a beautifully polished mirror. His outstanding visage is kept in a complete plastic case. The focus on this intense subject was wicked sharp. The tonality was absolutely superb! Upon first glance the gent will resonate with the next owner. There are slight imperfections that are really not noticeable. Someone else resealed the magnificent daguerreotype.
