READ THE INFO FIRST! That piece of paper was attached to the pad inside the couple’s complete sixth size leather case. While the names might be correct, I cannot believe that the woman was “young” OR 32 years old when this retaped portrait was made circa 1852. The curious couple was well taken, but a previous cleaning stripped away some of the essence of the reflected silver. There is a faint wrinkle in the surface running horizontally above their heads. Those diagonal marks were created because the surface was improperly rinsed.
