MOM’S GENES! Both her daughters had the same lovely almost seductively bright eyes although the older sister’s were darker and slightly mysterious. I knew when I purchased the retaped (by another hand) sixth sized portrait that the silver had been cleaned, a different mat with a smaller opening was used to hide unsightly mat marks and the old glass with several bubbles was part of the package. And the mold spiders on the left side were easily seen. There is something about the younger gal leaning against her mother and the manner that she placed her hands that was very visually attractive. The other girl’s expression and body language, leaning slightly away from her parent even while a worn hand cupped the young woman’s shoulder trying to bring her back. Only a pale remnant of red tinting remained on their cheeks. The contrast is superb and the depth is truly holographic!
