TYKE TIMES TWO. Not a bad effort for their newly taped sixth plate portrait. Both siblings watched the dag man make a likeness that surely pleased their parents, since it left the studio. I can see a head restraint base behind the child who sat in that child’s posing chair, yet I wonder if the gallery had a second one. Notice that the older gal wrapped her arm tightly around the furniture. Could that have been for stability? Once again, they were exposed while light streamed into the space from directly overhead. That dark horizontal line in the background was a baseboard. There is a touch mark between the children’s heads. An absolutely pristine bright burgundy embossed pad is inside their leather case. The hinge is missing and the image is a collectable “Maiden Scattering Roses” design.
