STACK OF HAIR! I thought this callow youth was quite charming. The leather case has a separated cover. His flesh tones were tinted. There is tarnish inside the mat and a few mold spiders. Lots of nearly invisible spots across the bottom are from the original weeping glass I suspect. The retaped sixth plate revealed two light sources reflected in the fellow?s brown eyes. His maker used a blue pigment to accentuate his narrow bowtie. The silver has very good reflected depth and the tonality is quite pleasing.
