A WIDOW’S PEAK. I will permit the next owner of the fellow’s resealed sixth plate that was framed by a stippled paper octagonal mat to do proper research about the hair terminology. What really caught my attention, beyond his tonsorial splendor were the guy?s large bright expressive eyes. His low beard was neatly trimmed. His complete and worn leather case is slightly warped and only the inner spine is still intact. I believe the fellow was placed on this reflective mirror circa 1847. Patina and many mold mites are visible.
