TINTYPES & VIEWS, NORTHPORT, ME.

Wouldn’t it be cool to find that folded up sign somewhere, complete with the photos and tins still sewn (?) on? I’ve had this card before and didn’t know where the image was taken until a fellow antique dealer called up and said, “that’s the Bayside area of Northport, ME and I think it’s Tuttle’s photo tent and wagon.” It seems Tuttle had a wagon and tent and then ended up building a “proper” studio. You can see that it looks like there is a tintype wagon with photos on display next to the tintype tent. I never noticed it until just now because the tent takes most of your attention. The card is in fine condition.
