ECHOES OF A COLONIAL PAST.

This man’s older style coat is what I first noticed, besides his somewhat creepy stare. Though, a moment later his gaze seems to have grown on me. Now I see he is more endearing in his gaze. Back to his coat, it is reminiscent of jackets of the colonial era. His white vest also made me think of a soldier’s under jacket. The sixth plate dag dates circa 1846. So, if he is about 65 years old then he was born right about the time of the Revolution. The image was resealed by our dad.
