GORGEOUS TINTING.

When Casey handed me this sixth plate dag, all I could say was, “WOW!” The colorist was really a professional. The background, while predominately blue, bleeds into other colors to the red of the table and chair. Somehow, she is ‘outlined’ as to be a bit three-dimensional despite the colors, an even greater feat. Then we have her calm and near smile and her easy pose to elevate this dag. The image has a few tarnish spots, but they don’t deter at all. The dag is resealed and comes in a whole case. The mat is that thin metal covering cardboard style favored by three very good makers across the US – Brady, Hessler, and Vance. Casey leans towards Brady, but there is no real way of knowing. You can know, that purchasing this image will get you an exquisite image!
