My favorite part about this gem of a sixth plate ambrotype are the various dabs of green paint here and there on the image. A bit of natural flavor, if you will. The painter’s bare arms and face are tinted as well. His pose is dynamic and the image is in fine condition. It comes in a whole case with a green pad.
