Granted, the pin, which is tinted gold, could be a tie-tack. The handsome young man’s sixth plate image is is nicely tinted. The flowers, cloth, and his face are colored. The young man’s mouth is slightly open – did he have to take a quick breath mid-exposure? The image is in very good condition with some wispy tarnish around the edges. It is resealed and comes in a whole case.
