I think they are for sure brothers. Their mom probably wanted a nice image for her birthday and told them to wear their best suits to the studio. The image is in very good condition with some mat abrasions at the top and lower right. There are also a few little other spots. The image is resealed (not by us) and there is a bit of haze under the glass. It comes in a half case.
