He’s actually not looking directly at the book, interestingly, but perhaps his hand slid down? There is evidence of movement. The rest of him stayed still though. The sixth plate ambro is in very good condition with a few spots in the upper right that appear to be part of the emulsion. The painted back could use some touchups. The image comes in a repaired plastic case.
